recycledinertia @katecw2019 Hi there. I’m so sorry to hear about the tears on the FP dress; I typically look over my items very carefully, but must have missed those, so I apologize. You could’ve definitely open a case to return it. As far as the shipping I dropped it off the day after you bought it, although the USPS has been very slow so that shouldn’t have been included in the feedback. Please let me know if there’s anything else I can do as I want my customers to be happy
