liltwist Hi Kate , you bought the Black Steve Madden Heels from me Sherna , (LILTWIST) I was packing them up and realized some of the straps are unraveling , and I put the zipper is a gold tone , it is actually silver tone. They weren’t doing that when I had listed them so I’m assuming they did in storage. I can take a few pics for you to see what I’m talking about. I am so sorry about this inconvenience. If you could let me know your thoughts.?

liltwist I was able to to cancel. I am sorry about all the inconvenience. If you would like them at a different point let me know and I will discount them significantly for you. It’s something that can be glued easily. It must be from storing them because they weren’t doing that when I listed them. Thanks again for your understanding.
