sillytracey @katego123 It’s alright. It’s more hassle for both of us. Customer support’s response via email is that they do not cater to situations like ours. It’s either return+full refund or bite the bullet and keep the skirt despite the issue. So I guess I’m keeping the skirt 🤷‍♀️ Thank you for trying to meet me halfway tho. I really appreciate it.
