jovie_hardison @kduff7 so I know I shipped the package and I even confirmed with them that I did, but something May have happened a long the way, like it getting lost or the label getting messed up. I talked with support and they gave you the refund and me the earnings I would have gotten. I’m honestly not sure what happened but I am truly sorry
