hugadoodle @pavlita hi! I was worried that was going to happen, I believe they never put my apt number on the shipping. Do you have the authority to change the delivery address with the post office? I changed my address on here to work, it would be 1412 broadway, 3rd fl, ny, ny, 10018. Let me know if that works!

hugadoodle @pavlita hi there! No worries! I just checked with the post office and they have told me the package is actually now on the way back to you now, so I guess the only thing to do is when it gets back to you reprint shipping label with new address and send back?

pavlita @hugadoodle hello! No, it's at your post office. I think you can pick it up or call them. I contacted support team and they said that the address will be adjusted. I'll check their email again and see what exactly it says. But now it is definitely at your post office. You can always check in your file "my purchases" when you can track your package. I'm sorry it takes so long but the address was "undeliverable" as on file. I hope you'll get your dress soon.

hugadoodle @pavlita hi! I already contacted the post office and they told me they returned it to you as it was undeliverable, they no longer have it at all. So I am assuming you should see it in a few days? I know the tracking says it is at the post office but it is def not there, I spoke to two post office workers on two different days that told me the same thing :(

pavlita @hugadoodle I checked and I still do not have the package. Here is what Support Team wrote me about it:"5716d256d3361f0cf813799b. We currently see that the package is being forwarded to the buyer's new address. Please reach out to us if the package remains undelivered by April 30th as we will be happy to assist you further."
