katelynmarie23 @trishvan99 that's what I'm wondering? What do you use to package your items? Regular boxes and envelopes or do they need to be from USPS?

trishvan99 @katelynmarie23 there's some info under 'FAQs'. I use the free envelopes from USPS or my own boxes, that I've recycled. I never use the USPS flat rate boxes. Hope this helps.

trishvan99 @katelynmarie23 they are shopping. Sometimes they add a few to see the total with a discount. They may or may not buy. Until u get an email saying it sold, they are just 'looking'.
