ladyblue1702 Hi, I had know idea that you hadn't received your boots. It shows that they were delivered 8 days ago to the receptionist/front desk of whatever address you put in. I think that it's unfair of you to give me a 1 star rating, because I have no control over that. I have a 5 star rating average and try my hardest to keep it that way. You should have contacted Posh or me. You probably could have gotten your money back.
