kng8ee @melkno66 hi thanks for replying back. How do I open a claim? I tried to do something but it was past 72 hours. I didn’t realize they were broken until I wore them a week or 2 after I got them😞

melkno66 @kng8ee I didn’t realize there was a 72 hour claim period. Reach out to Poshmark to see if they can help you. It sounds more like a defect in the sneaker. It definitely should have last more than a week or two. Poshmark is welcome to reach out to me if they need any assistance. Melissa.
