I am going back and forth with a friend and she had found another one and then that didn't pan out and then I had found another one and I didn't want to leave the offer out pending while I offered on the other one. ( just in case it went through) .. if that makes any sense. Anyways none panned out so I will put another offer in. I am so sorry for the confusion! I just didn't want 2 offers going through at the same time!
