shannahh Hi! I just got your rating for the NF coat and am wondering what I could have or should have done to improve from 4 stars to 5? I accepted your offer of 25% less than my asking price, with the shipping label being created at 10:15am. I mailed it in person at the post office shortly later that very same day at 2:30pm. That was on 1/17, and it was delivered today 1/19 - 2 days transit time. What could I have done to improve? I’d love to know for future sales! Thank you in advance! 😃
