bjnewnan123 Katyln, it took two hours to detangle the pearl necklace.that was a giant pain for me. I can't imagine why you wouldn't take care of it before mailing? Helena

kikishumate @bjnewnan123 oh no!! They were not tangled when I placed them in the box. I was able to untie them perfectly fine. Sorry about that, they must of gotten tossed around too much during shipping. 😔

bjnewnan123 @kikishumate no, not tossed around. They were all tied together in knots. The smallest strand was big enough to be a bracelet.That is why it took 2 hours to untie. I had my husband take over the last hour. Each string needs to be ironed as a result. The problem with returns is that I pay shipping twice on an $8 purchase.

kikishumate @bjnewnan123 The necklace was purchased from Nordstrom tied together as shown in the pictures. I apologize if I was not more specific in my discription or pictures but they are not supposed to be separated.
