rayrayqt1 Hi I got the glasses and tried to put my prescription in them and both places I went to said they r not authentic. They said they can’t put my prescription in toy like glasses. I’m really disappointed.

rayrayqt1 @katelynramos_ I went to 3 places my doctors which had the same ones there. They compared them side by side. They even felt different. The part where the henges meet the glasses r pealed plastic. I went to lens crafters which also carries Gucci and they said the same. Then I went to a private doc that sells nothing high end and he said the same.

rayrayqt1 @katelynramos_ I was so excited to get these that I went first thing in the morning to get my prescription in them. I filed a claim with posh. I’m not sure if they want me to send them back to them to authenticate for themselves or what the next step is. This has NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE so I’m not sure. I was told I would hear back from them today or tomorrow.

rayrayqt1 @katelynramos_ have they let go of the funds ? I’m having issues with it not sending me directly to the part where they want a review. Like I said I filed a claim but it’s having issues sending so I sent an email. Hopefully they will say something soon. I saved everything

rayrayqt1 @katelynramos_ so u didn’t get them from an actual retailer that sells high end glasses? Because I got mine from lens crafters and mine came in a Gucci box not a lens crafters box. I think u bought fakes honey. Unfortunately they told u that they were real and they weren’t. Gucci would NEVER put their glasses in a box like this

rayrayqt1 @katelynramos_ ya sorry to be the bearer of bad news but they r not real. Like I said Gucci wouldn’t sell in a blue box that says LA on them. They don’t have the trademark on them or anything that would say that these r authentic. I can return them to u and u can file the claim on ur end or Poshmark can do it but u might get sited for selling fakes. I’m not sure how it works because I have NEVER received fakes before.

katelynramos_ @rayrayqt1 lol omg no !!that blue box was from another pair of glasses I owned because like I said I lost the box it came in when I moved and I put it in that box to keep them from breaking or getting scratched when getting shipped out. The real carrier it came in I posted a picture of it under the photo of me and my bf

Still haven’t heard back. 🤦🏻‍♀️. I even sent a complaint about them not reaching out because they should have within 24 hours but they haven’t of course 🤦🏻‍♀️. I will mail out today

rayrayqt1 I took pictures of the real authentic ones because I went out and bought them at a retailer. I took pics side by side and u can tell right away which are the real ones and which are fakes. I can email u the pics. Maybe u can get ur money back.
