kanitaaah @katelynhowar620 just came back from the my seamstress She said it’s not worth fixing it cause of the fabric that the zipper is attached to it’s like silk and it’s got tiny holes from me trying to zip it back up, I am so so sorry but I am glad that I didn’t send it out to you like this

They just didn’t fit right &the rubber is slightly discolored.there wasn’t much wear on soles.How can I resolve this issue so that you don’t feel dissatisfied? katelynhowar620 @starvingartist7 contacted support,the truck that was carrying them was in accident where water was involved they are suede and because of that and they where not sealed in protection bag as to weather and other things could potentially damage the product so what I got was water logged ruined suede ballerina shoes so yes they are ruined and can’t be salvaged trying to get full refund very disappointing.

I empathize w .I’d appreciate if u can reconsider ur 1 star review on my shop. That 1star &negative review was a result out of my hands. I take my customer care &service very seriously. A poor review can also effect potential loss of future customer. I’ve shipped item ,w/o damage.On my end have been handled according to Poshmark terms.

I feel for you but I should not take loss of item, monetary loss, in addition to a horrible review thats purpose is unexplained so potential buyers are unaware Of complete liabilities damaging your item has nothing to do with the quality and care I constantly provide my buyers. This made me appear poorly, and is inaccurate depiction of what happened.
