v_koa @valeriesue24 Hello. If your order has not arrived, I encourage you to reach out to Poshmark support and USPS. Once I ship the item, I have no control over what happens at USPS. They have lost packages before that I have sent, so that may have happened. I can cancel the order right now, but I would reach out to USPS with the item tracking number to find out.
