seandavis781 Hi, I ordered a striped black shirt from you on 10/5 but it still has. It arrived on 10/14 in NC. Where did you ship it from? What is the tracking number? Are you going to refund me if it doesn’t come??

katelynn1144 Hi @seandavis781 the tracking number would be 5f7bb7bfce5f1cae27a28b0d, I shipped this from New Jersey. I contacted Poshmark about this & they told me that sometimes this happened because they do not scan the package into the system correctly. However if the package is in NC like u said then that means it is on its way. Let me know once u receive this package.

katelynn1144 @seandavis781 (excuse the text language there is a 500 character limit) As for the refund Poshmark will give u the option to be refunded if the package never arrives. Hope this helps, hope ur package comes quickly, & again I am sorry about this. I have sold a few items on Poshmark now & this has never happened to me I am sorry.

seandavis781 @katelynn1144 that is not a tracking number, that is a confirmation number. Can you please contact Poshmark again and see what the tracking number is? If it does not arrive by next week, how do I contact Poshmark? To get a refund.

katelynn1144 @seandavis781 okay so sorry about that the tracking number is 9405 5112 0206 1880 8504 45 I contacted Poshmark they said if it does track by October they will cancel the order and refund you the money.
