curlychem Hi! Thank you for purchasing the Armani jacket. It is really bizarre that it smelled smoky because we have a smoke free house. I used a lint brush on the jacket so I’m not sure how it was covered in hair. I am sorry you are disappointed with your purchase. I think it is a beautiful coat and I do hope you enjoy it.

secondandmain Hi - I'm very sorry to hear that your item was wet and smelled moldy when it was delivered, the jeans were brand new with tags and securely packaged in a poly bubble mailer so they should have been safe! I can only assume that something happened to them in transit.

alina_7 The TB sandals you bought from me were purchased directly from Tory Burch. Not sure what marking you mentioned in the review, but they are 100% authentic, like all my items. I have more than 40 pairs of TB shoes in my personal collection and all marking on that sandals are absolutely correct.
