eloisemoore Hey Katey! I am from Jackson, MS and last week I bought a pair of your lululemon shorts. They were labeled as the 2.5" seam but i think they have the 4" seam! I have short legs so they were too long on me. Is there any way I can return them to you and get a refund? I"m sorry! They are super cute tho:)

kt_nama @eloisemoore hello! I’m sorry about the mislabeling on the shorts. I see in the return policy that you may be able to tell them the shorts were mislabeled and they can give you a return label & I will refund you the money. If they aren’t able to give you a return, I can refund if you’re willing to pay for shipping (which I know isn’t favorable), IF neither one of these options work I think you could resell them for just as much as you bought them. Again, I am sorry about this inconvenience
