knola85 @urluckyday Hi, thanks for your note - the problem was easily resolved by contacting Posh support. I followed up with the buyer and sent an email to Posh support about the situation. They looked into it, and after a certain amount of time passed the sale was marked as delivered. Hope this helps!!!
