12345amber Hello! I ordered a dress from you last week and I see that it is at our post office “per customer request” (instead of being delivered to our home). I will go tomorrow to pick it up. I also received a note from the post office saying $9.93 is due for postage, but I already paid for shipping. Can you please advise on what to do? If you can send me your email I can send you a copy of the slip the post office left stating postage was due. Thank you!

12345amber Just a quick heads up. I went to the post office today and the prepaid label attached didn’t cover the cost to ship the item due to how big the box was. The cashier stated it much have “slipped though” because it should not have shipped since the prepaid label didn’t cover the shipping costs. I paid the extra shipping cost of $9.93. No worries. Just wanted to make sure you were aware of this for future orders.
