milresalg1 Hi, you asked about the waist size of the black and white striped bell bottoms. They have a wide elastic band that you can’t see from the outside of the pants. The mediums, when just laying flat with no stretch are 28”. You could easily add a few inches with the give in the elastic. I have different sizes although won’t part with my size,lol. They also are not thin. They have substance to them which I love. Thanks for asking. I hope that helps 😊
