ksjamieson @thewhimsynook I got a chance to try on the top...it’s much smaller than a regular Ibex Small in my experience. Do you know if it was ever shrunk? If there’s a way to exchange it for something else in your closet I’d really appreciate it— I don’t think I’m gong to be able to wear it. Thanks!

thewhimsynook @ksjamieson Hi! I’m sorry to hear it didn’t fit. I try to describe accurately with measurements but understand online purchases can be tricky in determining fit. It wasn’t shrunk prior, but it is a snug fit base layer. I’m definitely not opposed to returning or exchanging, but I’m not sure how that works on Posh, as I haven’t had this issue before. I’m out for the afternoon but will look definitely into it for you! If you’d like to reach out to Posh, perhaps it’s possible to open a return case?

ksjamieson @thewhimsynook Thanks so much for understanding. I looked into it and Posh considers cases closed after the buyer “Accepts” the purchase and 72 hours has passed. If you would consider a refund/exchange we’d have to arrange it informally between ourselves.
