klondikebar Hi Katherine - I’m the seller who sold you the Frye oxfords. I wanted to let you know that I accidentally (100% my fault) shipped the shoes to the wrong buyer. I’ve contacted poshmark to see if they can send a shipping label to this person so they can forward them along to you but I just wanted to keep you updated since it’s an annoying situation. :/ I’ll let you know what they say and expect they will contact you as well. katherine1967 @klondikebar I’m the person who purchased the Frye oxfords. I know you said they accidentally got shipped to the wrong buyer, but I still haven’t received them. When I try to look up the tracking number, it says “manual tracking” and there is no further information. I emailed Poshmark last Thursday to see if they could give me an estimated time of arrival but I haven’t heard anything. Do you have any information? Just thought I would check. Thanks, Katherine

The other buyer who received the shoes got a new shipping label and shipped out the shoes I believe on Friday, so I assume with the weekend they should be getting to you tomorrow. If you don’t get them let me know and I can follow up with the other buyer to confirm that they have already shipped them. I’ll see if they can give me the new tracking number too because I think it’s being tracked under that new label.

katherine1967 @klondikebar They have arrived!!! The adorable shoes are here and I thank you for being continually in touch with me throughout this process! There seems to be one final problem though; apparently Poshmark cancelled the order on May 1st—and refunded me! I just realized it when I tried to accept the order. Since it’s cancelled, it won’t let me accept it. I just emailed Poshmark to explain the situation. Please let me know if you know if you have another idea😊 Thanks, Katherine
