carolinajornada hi again Katharine! I dropped the coat off today in the mail, so it should start tracking soon :). I made sure to pack the coat very carefully 💕, but I must say that the box i had was not the best size 😬, but I didn't want to delay shipping until I get a better one. So you'll find many airbags in it 😅😅😅 Have a great rest of the week and i hope you love the coat. 🥰

carolinajornada @klarmstrong314 Hi Katharine! I feel so bad. Online shopping can be sometimes stressful. Unfortunately I am Unable to refund you -poshmark got 20% off the sale- and If you'd agree on getting only 80% of what you paid, you would still have to pay another shipping that without the posh label will cost you an extra $15. Only solution I can think is for you to try sell the coat. Will be sharing from your closet to help you sell it faster.
