katherineanneyo @cynthianolan09 Hi Cynthia, I haven't heard back from Poshmark yet. I just sent another email and hopefully this one will be more productive. I also let them know that you had taken pictures, so if you hear from them hopefully those can be passed along and a resolution can be expedited for you. I'll keep you posted. katherineanneyo @cynthianolan09 Ok, much better I heard back! They need you to reach out. Their response is below. It doesn't really address how they handle when it is USPS' fault. The item was in pristine condition when it was shipped, so I would ask that you very kindly let them know that the stains are clearly from the damaged box. My hope is that they'll refund you and use the insurance to cover my loss to USPS' negligence, but we'll see. Thanks in advance! - Katherine

katherineanneyo @cynthianolan09 Thanks for doing that AND for being great about this. Very frustrating on your end I'm sure! If they don't do anything, the package I believe is insured for $50, so as a last resort you can take it down to USPS and open a claim. I saved the receipt and printed out the tracking, so if you need them (and hopefully you won't!) I'll put them in the mail to you.
