I also see you sold a navy strap separately was that the strap that should’ve gone with this purse? So upset.

However, you never contacted me at all to try to resolve it after poshmark made the decision on the case you filed! I would have been happy to make things right instead. I’m not being unfair. If you want me to return your money I can, but you’ll only receive the amount I netted after the 20% posh fees!
