b5aunders Hey! In terms of our buyer not picking up her items..you can request to be paid by Poshmark since the buyer had the opportunity to pick up but didn’t. I’m thinking she forgot/went away. I received my item back today and am sending again when Poshmark sends the second label, but if it gets returned again maybe just keep it?
