Hi Katherine! My, what a lovely closet you have! Congrats on your purchase of "True Crew" (not factory) block heels. Wish I had many pairs to keep stocked in my closet as an essential. Just wanted you to know I was not trying to nickel & dime you: with pm 20%, I broke even. Also I plan on shipping out Monday; if not, Tuesday @ latest.
