jennhowe Hi Katherine. I'm sorry to hear about the sweater, and I almost wrote you a note about washing instructions when I sent it, but Coogi sweaters and the like are either hand wash or dry clean only. My ratings are based on the listing, ship time and quality all of which were 👍. I would never put my sweaters in the dryer. I would suggest taking it to a drycleaner for a repair which will prob run you $10.
