kimiberly Hi, a few weeks back I sent you your purchase of Bo’s n Co boots. I hope they are working out well for you! It looks like I printed 2 labels and may have accidentally sent you another pair of boots. I’ve confirmed it with the post office that there was a duplicate of the tracking. Did you receive a pair that you didn’t order by accident? Sorry for the inconvenience but it would be so great if I have located the missing boots!

katrina411c @kimiberly yes you did! They’re really cute but I didn’t order them. The same day I received the Bos Co boots I sent you a message about the Steve Madden boots that arrived here by mistake. Did you not get my message? Anyway, they are here waiting for you to send me a return label.

katrina411c @kimiberly how can I request a return label for something I didn’t purchase? What am I requesting to return? Certainly not the BosCo boots but that’s all that shows up in my purchased data.

kimiberly @katrina411c Hi Katrina, so I never heard back when I tried using the “Doc Martin” order, most likely because it was canceled. I just went to the order for Bos n Co that I sent you and submitted a “sent wrong item” request. Hopefully now they will send you a label you can use to send back the other boots. Sorry for all of this! I appreciate your patience and thank you in advance for the inconvenience of having to package and mail the boots back.

katrina411c @kimiberly I heard from Poshmark Service and followed their instructions for “reporting the wrong item sent” in order to get a return label. However, their system won’t let me enter the request most likely because I already accepted the Bos Co order. My guess is someone on their end needs to override their internal system.

katrina411c @kimiberly i received a return label from Poshmark Customer Service, boxed them up and dropped them off at the post office early this morning. They should be back to you soon.
