derbycityshoppe @msparks52 Hi Martha! You can only have one offer per person for each item. If that item has more than one liker, than you could have multiple offers at once (one for each liker.) If you have already sent a previous offer to one of those likers and your new offer is not lower than that first one, it will not send a new offer to that person. I hope that helps! :)
