rachaelrarities @kenrite1953 hello, please check the many comments and messages that were sent regarding your purchase. I opened a case with Poshmark and they investigated your claim. Poshmark also reached out to you multiple times and you did not respond. Even though, Poshmark sided with me and verified that the bad was indeed authentic, I was still willing to allow the return and refund. However, you never responded and the funds were released.

kenrite1953 @rachaelrarities I have been having a hard time connecting with Poshmark to continue my claim but that being said I still wholeheartedly believe this bag is a knock off. I can’t imagine how Poshmark can verify authenticity without seeing it. I will however cancel my negative review as I do feel you tried to make it right. Tell me what to do to help you out

rachaelrarities @kenrite1953 I apologize for getting upset. I would have allowed a return and refund if you thought the bag was pink but you received a black bag. I always try to work with everyone. However, to insinuate that I am selling inauthentic items is upsetting but I would force a purchase on someone is they weren’t 100% happy.

rachaelrarities @kenrite1953 most authentication sites will authenticate items based on photos and similar trademarks of specific brands. For instance this bag is called the “kate spade quilted gold coast maryanne”, if you prefer to do your own research online, you will find this exact bag. You could even pay certain sites for have the authenticated and you send in photos. I believe “the real real” does provide this service.
