tw1nkleposh @katherinek_27 hey there! Wanted to check with you about an experience you may have had with a buyer named dancingkimberly. She recently bought from me and such drama has since ensued. She’s threatened me with harassment, cyber bullying, class action lawsuit…pure ridiculousness. I told her to contact PM directly to resolve because she blamed her 4 year old in making an authorized purchase.

tw1nkleposh @katherinek_27 She submitted a case that the item wasn’t as described, mind you she hasn’t even received it yet, and to support her case she uploaded an exchange btw you and her about shoes (I believe) and threatening legal action as well…print is super small so it’s hard to make out clearly. Anyway, just wanting to see what your experience was and how it was resolved. Appreciate any feedback you can share! I’ve been selling on PM a long time and this is a first!🤦🏽‍♀️

katherinek_27 @tw1nkleposh she got bitter I didn’t accept her lowball offer for her “16 year old daughter’s homecoming court” and claimed that my Louboutins were “disgusting” and “had a ton of wear” and also threatened legal action for “harassment.” I eventually just blocked her as it wasn’t worth it. I’m sorry you had such a bad experience with her, hopefully it gets resolved with Posh soon

katherinek_27 @tw1nkleposh I’m so sorry you’re going through this! I hope Posh does the right thing and denies the case, as it makes no sense that an item cannot be as described as she hasn’t received it yet and makes no sense that she thinks her threats and comments going back and forth with me make sense to your “case.”

katherinek_27 @tw1nkleposh I doubt she’s an attorney like she claims between her improper grammar, not knowing the correct legal definition of slander (she claimed she would initiate a gag order on me for harassment and slander), and her poor support to back up what’s not even a case

tw1nkleposh @katherinek_27 yes completely agree! It’s been utter nonsense. You would be highly entertained if you could read what she wrote to me. I had 7 messages come through of all the same vein in legal threats, name-calling, and how she’s going to burn the dress when she gets it. One of the messages told me to lick the bottom of her shoes! 😂

tw1nkleposh I think it’s highly probable that she’s drunk or on drugs. But yes, I hope that PM sees that she’s a troublemaker and prevents her from abusing any other seller this way.

tw1nkleposh @katherinek_27 good morning! PM denied the return. 😊 I blocked her as well. Hope this was a lesson learned for her but doubt it…she was truly off the charts out of control. She’d go on several back to back threatening message rants w/o any provocation. PM will most likely have to remove her altogether. Have a great day!
