Hi! I'm Katherine. Most of my clothing are NWT (New). I make sure your purchase(s) are packaged with care. All clothing is typically packaged in plastic bags and sent in a USPS BOX or polymailer. My home is smoke free and PET free. My items are also stored on covered hanging clothes racks (or covered bins for sweaters) away from the Kitchen. I often RELIST my clothes so if you previously liked something make sure you check back often. I will ship between 2 to 4 days depending on whether it goes over the weekend and holidays. Our USPS office is small and has very limited staff on weekends. I have been selling online for 5 years and have a 5 star rating from other platforms. This year I started selling on Poshmark USA.
