kbjork @carvillemichele , hi, I am not sure what to do about this. I have never had this issue before. Maybe you should contact customer service and see what they say to do. I don’t think I can scratch out the old address and put the new one in on the label. I will hold sending it out until you find out what to do.

kbjork @carvillemichele , I saw where you generated another label with a possible new address but when I looked at them the addresses were the same. I really think you need to contact customer service and see what they say to do. We may have to cancel the transaction and redo it again. Let me know what they say. I will hold off shipping until I hear from you. Thanks so much!

kbjork @carvillemichele hi, I sent a message to customer service and it did go through. We will wait and see what they say. Hopefully it will take no more than a day or two. In the past when I’ve done this they got right back to me. If not maybe I can cancel on my end. I am not sure. I’ll let you when I hear something. Thanks!
