fairlygirly Poshmark does not allow returns because of fit. If you had let me know there was an issue before opening a claim against me, I could have exchanged it for another size or offered you closet credit. I always do what I can when there's an issue to work with buyers and make sure they end up with a product they like. But when you open a claim against me with Poshmark, I have no choice but to defend myself. As long as the correct size was sent, Poshmark will not approve a return because of fit.

brikat22 @fairlygirly My mistake, I haven't been on poshmark very long and I don't know how to contact someone directly. I did the claim because I thought that was supposed to be the next step in the process, not because I was trying to put you in a bad position. So I apologize for apparently going about it the wrong way. It truly was an honest mistake! Thanks anyway.
