sczyx61 So sorry that happened. The blouse was sealed in the bag when I packaged it, maybe rough handling in the mail caused it to come open. Not that it helps you, but good to know that can happen, I will tape bags closed in the future. When I open packages I always snip off a tiny corner to insert my scissors, as i once did something similar.

sczyx61 Just a repair hint. You could try Stitch Witchery fusible tape to "glue" a piece of sheer black fabric onto the back of the cut, I have done virtually invisible repairs that way. Make sure to use a damp cloth between the iron and fabric so you don't accidentally melt the blouse fabric. Good luck!
