surfinbird Hey I've noticed the package still hasn't been scanned I've called my local post office And the package is not there so I am hoping it will scan at the end of today! If it does not by tomorrow I will file a refund and

surfinbird thankfully poshmark has insurance so I can hopefully file a claim of worst comes to worst and the package ends up being lost. I did have a package that didn't update for 1 week and one day just showed up as delivered! I'll keep you updated. I did throw some extra goodies in there for you so hopefully that will make up for the late delivery. Sorry again. USPS is so unreliable.

shopwhitebox @tutumiller I contacted USPS and they have told me that due to scanning error wait until next for delivery before any action. Posh has marked item as shipped and basically said the same. Apparently this happens, but never has to me. I will keep at it. I apologize. Please keep me posted if you receive by then.

shopwhitebox @tutumiller Called USPS and they told me the same as before. Posh suggested holding off filing a claim if you do not receive by end of week. All I can do is call but nothing they can do unless I file a claim. I'm prepared to do so if you do not receive by Monday since that's 2 weeks we both have been waiting...it was a 2 day priority package...so I'm still concerned. I'm sorry as I said, this has never happened to me. I'm still hopeful you will receive the package this week, please let me know.

shopwhitebox @tutumiller Was @ USPS yesterday & spoke to the supervisor about the issues with the package. He said that times packages get put on the wrong belt, which can cause mixups and take awhile to get shipped. He couldn't guarantee anything for us. The package could be lost all together. I'm very sorry. I think if you haven't received by Saturday let me know & Ill get a claim going to get us both refunded.
