@asdeleon Hi, just thought I would let you know the shoes are in perfect condition however, at the ball of the foot it feels like there is something sharp in that are so I will have to put some kind of pad in that area to wear them. You didn't make the shoe and am very surprised MK would design it that way. Thank you for asking and I am sorry it took so long for me to reply.

@ruger7714 oh my I didn’t notice that because these were my daughter’s and she never worn them. As you can see on my listings, there are many new shoes. If you would like to send them back just put a return request and I’ll gladly refund you. I want you to be happy not dissatisfied.

@ruger7714 hey! Sorry I missed this. It's pretty easy. Just tap the camera icon and the app walks you through the process. It takes some effort to get items listed but once that's done you can put as much or as little effort into it as you want. It really helps to find and share closets with similar interests and join follow games and posh parties
