I do not want to sound rude, but I am very straight forward and DO communicate well and effectively with the customer, IF AND ONLY IF THEY DO HAVE CONCERNS OR QUESTIONS regarding any of my items. I'd like for you to be honest, and do say that you NEVER approached me nor even tried to. Did you ever read the description/information of the purse? NO.

anny1983 @katireland There I explain the reasons why I was selling the handbag and also say on my last sentence of the description that there is another listing with SPECIFIC DIMENSIONS. You obviously failed to read before purchasing. One thing is to NOT UNDERSTAND "HOW" or which way TO COMMUNICATE WITH SELLER, than to be unhappy about what you receive and give a poor rating about something that was obviously THE BUYER'S fault, NOT THE SELLER, please let's be fair and mature.

jessicahh14 Hi! I just wanted to respond to your rating with the Malibu shirt. It is new/never worn as the listing stated, but yes it has been washed. We buy from auctions that have a bunch of clothes in huge bins and sometimes they have a funky smell from being in the bins. 😖 So depending if the clothes smell then I will wash them to provide a better product for the buyer! 😄 Anyway, just wanted to clarify that it is new.
