speterson94 I just saw your rating for the phone case. I never opened it I just bought it at staples like that. Didn’t know it was defective. I think you have to file for a refund. I don’t see how to do it on my end. I’m so sorry it doesn’t work! So weird.

kattvasquez @sgt4994 don't worry about it. I happen to have a gold Nanette Lapore phone case and switched out the buttons. It works fine now...so I'll just stay with it. Thank you for responding so quickly 🙂
