annalisedora Hi there! I just saw your message. I’m so sorry that the Fitbit band got damaged in transit. How did that happen? I had it in a foam case and with a lot of packing material!

kkost3 @annalisedora I have no idea :/ I saw the foam and air packaging and all inside the shipping box, but the tin box the watch band was in got knocked open so everything was loose in the cardboard box. The jeweler I took it to was able to fix it and take some of the links out for me as well! I love it though, it’s beautiful and exactly what I was looking for. So no worries, thank you again (:
