loulourae @kmsuttonrn03 I just looked at the review case and I must have gotten your orders mixed up and put the wrong shipping label on them. I only had three orders that went out that day and one has already been received but the one that yours must have went to hasn’t gotten delivered yet. I will message her and then see what Poshmark says about how we fix this. IM SOOOO SORRY ☹️ There should have been two pair of shoes in that order.

loulourae @kmsuttonrn03 did you check the bottom of the box?? There should have been a white pair of White LOFT sandals too. Maybe I put those in with your pony hair shoes??? Once I hear from the other customer I will let you know. Again I’m really sorry and I appreciate your patience 😊

loulourae @kmsuttonrn03 I’ve messaged them twice. Once last night and then again this morning. The other customer got her order this morning and she messaged them also hoping to get a quicker response. It’s frustrating that they don’t have a call number or a live chat. Usually they respond within 24hrs, so hopefully they will soon. I’m really sorry for the mix up. I’m hoping that they can just send you the correct shipping labels to save time.
