@kmsc yes, someone has tried to scam me a few times and I’ve dealt with a couple of very rude customers, but just when my spirits were down about it all, immediately customers I didn’t know surprised me with very kind gestures that were unexpected and to me it was a sign saying “Karen, don’t get discouraged, everyone out there in the public you’re dealing with is not all bad”. ( that was in the beginning when I was knew and learning everything)
