fashiondiva411 @spunky23 Hi Kathleen! Oh nuts! I’m not sure what to do either as Poshmark doesn’t allow returns for size issues. Could you maybe reach out to them at customer service? If you’re not sure how to do that I can reach out to them and see what they advise. Believe it or not this is the first time I’ve encountered this.

fashiondiva411 @spunky23 If this can’t be worked out with customer service you can always resell them and it’s super easy to do it. You can actually just go to your purchases, click on the “reposh” button and use all my pictures which will automatically upload for you when you click the reposh button. I sold these boots and under a month and they were very popular so I would think you’d be able to recoup most if not all of your money that way.

fashiondiva411 @spunky23 Kathleen I just went ahead and reached out to Poshmark support. Generally it takes them at least 24 hours to get back to me. I will be sure to follow up after I hear from them and you may want to also contact them yourself through the app by going to the order and clicking problem/inquiry and then clicking “contact posh support”

fashiondiva411 @spunky23 Kathleen I heard back from Poshmark and they said that you had reached out to them and that they had informed you they will not take returns for size issues. I feel so bad that they did not fit you. 😞 I’m not sure how big they are on you but perhaps you can buy something that goes in the shoe to help them fit more snugly. If not please use my photos as I advised to resell them and I’m sure you’ll get at least most if not all of your money back as these are really in demand boots.

shugaboo13 Hi thank you for your purchase of the Brighton phone crossbody. I’m shipping it today so if you would please except it as soon as you look it over I would appreciate it. I ship fast and get so frustrated when the purchaser just lets Poshmark release funds after the 5 days rather than doing it.
