Hi there. When I was packing up your Nutcracker ornament this afternoon I tested it and the battery is out. It looks like a tiny one and I could not figure out how to get it out to replace it. I guess after 20 years they run out. Sorry. You can cancel the order if you want. It is a beautiful ornament though either way. Just let me know what you want me to do. Thanks.

Hi Kathleen! Thank you for your purchase of my Maxandcleo silk event dress. While packaging yesterday I noticed the light bust padding is clumped up. It must have happened when I had it dry cleaned. It could be removed or replaced by removing a small line in the seam, but I didn’t want to alter it before shipping. Making sure you still wanted it before I ship it. I’m sorry! I didn’t realize before posting.
