hallmark26 Hi there. When I was packing up your Nutcracker ornament this afternoon I tested it and the battery is out. It looks like a tiny one and I could not figure out how to get it out to replace it. I guess after 20 years they run out. Sorry. You can cancel the order if you want. It is a beautiful ornament though either way. Just let me know what you want me to do. Thanks.

k_abercrombie Hi Kathleen! Thank you for your purchase of my Maxandcleo silk event dress. While packaging yesterday I noticed the light bust padding is clumped up. It must have happened when I had it dry cleaned. It could be removed or replaced by removing a small line in the seam, but I didn’t want to alter it before shipping. Making sure you still wanted it before I ship it. I’m sorry! I didn’t realize before posting.
