ahager86 @kbueschen hi there! I apologize for the delay. I shipped today. there is pen mark on the inside of the clutch. I included the dust bag receipt and shopping bag in an effort to make up for the marks. if you are displeased I will gladly accept a return of all items for full refund. I hope you enjoy it! I still love it!!

kbueschen @ahager86 you said yourself you would expect a full refund. When I originally placed this order I expected to receive it a lot more timely than I did, and in the condition portrayed in the pictures in your listing. There are plenty of listings with the same item at the same price point in better condition. I can not justify settling for this.

ahager86 @kbueschen the reason it took so long is that it was sent to be authenticated!! I told you about the pen mark. I included the dust bag receipt and Louis bag to make up for it. I told you that if you weren't pleased im happy to give a refund. you my friend are the one who is rude. good luck!

kbueschen @ahager86 this is so unnecessary to be going back and forth like this. I do appreciate you sending the dust bag but at the end of the day that is not something I ever wanted. Posh notified me about the authentication, which did not take that long. You messaged me the day you shipped it which was a full week after I placed my order. I wish you no ill will and I wish things did not turn out the way that they did. I just want this all squared away so we can both move on.
