Hi Kathleen, You purchased the Ariat western cowgirl boots from me and I wanted to let you know I'm tracking the package and it shows that its still in transit. I shipped it on July 9th and you should have it by now so I will be calling the PO tomorrow and see if they can give me info on it other than what I see. If you have it already please let me know. Sometimes they don't scan packages when they get delivered but it's rare. Just wanted to let you know Im working on it.

@kcs81 I went to the PO a little while ago and they looked it up for me. Looks like it’s stuck and they are going to check it out. They will be letting me know something in a day or two. If you can’t wait that long, please let me know and I’ll contact Poshmark and see how to refund you. I’m sure it will get to you but it is taking them longer than usual. I’m very sorry for the delay 😩

@kcs81 Hi Kathleen. I have checked with my Post Office twice this week and still no results. I have emailed posh this afternoon and told them I want to refund you. I am waiting to hear from them on how to do this. Im very sorry, I haven’t had the P.O. lose a package before and have never had to do a refund so I’m needing their help to make sure I go through the proper channels. Will let you know when the refund is complete. Thanks again

Just checked tracking one more time to see what the situation was and it looks like your boots are on the move to you. I’m hoping you have them in the next few days now. I’ll be keeping an eye on it to see what happens. I’m sorry it has taken so long. This part of the process is out of my hands so I’m hoping for the best now but will still refund if they aren’t there soon.

@kcs81 I know 😩. It looks like the post office sent them to Puerto Rico and now they are in Florida. Once I send off a package with posh and don’t have the shipping address anymore. I don’t want to say your address over messages for your protection but can you look at your tracking on here and tell me if they are close to you? It looks like they could be.

@kcs81 they showed on tracking that they were delivered yesterday. I’m really sorry about this. Will you could check with your neighbors when you get home to see if they were left at the wrong address and also ask you P.O., I’m going to email posh support again and ask them how to deal with this and I will get back with you.

@kcs81 ok thanks. I’m really sorry about this and you have been very nice about this whole situation. I see you’re a new member. I’ve been selling on posh for a year and never had this happen. The only way to contact them is by email ☹️. I am writing to them and have to wait to hear back to see what to do. I will get back with you as SOON as I hear from them.

I have emailed posh support and still no word from them. They say we should hear within 24 hours and that times is up. I just emailed them again. If you still don’t have your package please open a case before your time runs out and the funds are released to me. I don’t think you can dispute after funds are released so this is time sensitive.

Also, let them know about the tracking and how your package went all the way to Puerto Rico before it came back to the states and showed delivered. Let them know that the P.O. has not tracked it properly from the start. Usually when a package shows delivered the buyer is out of luck but I see this being the P.O.’s fault. Rare but it happens.

@jthooper615 ok thank you so much! I tried to send then an email and they said to wait. I am new hmto posh and i have had so many weird issues with wrong merchandise sent or not sent at all...maybe its just not for me!!! I keep trying bc i think its a cool thing but i may just stop

@kcs81 I’m really sorry you’ve had bad experiences. Make sure you have the right shipping address on file if you’ve had this issue before. I’m hoping to hear from posh support by this evening. I have emailed posh support 4 times since this weekend and no response. Pretty irritated with their customer support right now. If I don’t hear from them this evening I would open a case if I was you. No matter what we will get this straightened out. You have been very kind and I appreciate it.
