kcarson_26 @niaraw oh no!!!! Ugh I’m so sorry!! I’ll look into how I can send your money back right now, and I’m sending UPS a message. I apologize again! I watched the people at UPS wrap the package, and it seemed very secure.. apparently this was not the case.
