johod Hi this is jojo you purchased the James Avery cross bracelet from me I have noticed the bracelet is not tracking as it was mailed the 22nd so I am heading to the post office to see what the issue is .. I am so sorry for the delay my post office is not very good. I will be back in touch as soon as I hear what is going on thank you

johod @kathleennatal yes I hate to say but I printed two labels of the same person instead of yours thankfully the person. Has received it and we are awaiting Poshmark to see how to go about returning it to me I do apologize and I understand if u do not want the bracelet still but if u do I will express mail at my own expense to get it to you ASAP .. I am sincerely sorry Just let me know

johod @kathleennatal I have seen that the bracelet has started to track yay!! But Poshmark has never advised me as to what the protocol should be in this situation but I’m guessing they sent her a label and she put it in the mail. I hope it arrives and all is good.
