katrinagal This has nothing to do with you but could you tell me what to do. I ordered a top from jelly belly on feb 1. After trying several times I guess she overlooked it. We finally connected. She apologized and said she would ship that day if I wanted. I said yes. No response from her. Now it’s saying Poshmark canceled the order. Please help. You are so reliable

katrinagal @soriag I do have a problem. I ordered a top from kellybelly on feb 1. She didn’t see it til the other dsy. She said she would ship it sat. Now today poshmark is saying they canceled the order. But I don’t know if she sent it or not. I still want the top. But no answer from kellybelly

soriag @katrinagal if you got the PM message saying that the order has been cancelled, then the seller did that. The seller won’t send it, and you won’t get it. You will not be charged. Sellers cancel transactions for many reasons: because they can’t find the item, already sold it in other platform, etc ☹️
